DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered through the website and may, at any time, add or remove products from the online store.

All products offered on www.bareycollection.com are presented with a description and, at least, a reliable image of the product, so that the user can appreciate what he/she wants to buy. Always bearing in mind that the characteristics of the Internet browser or the screen used may not really reflect reality.

PRICES:

The prices published in DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L. are in euros and all prices include the applicable VAT.

The offers on the products on sale will be indicated in the product sheet and will be valid as long as they are displayed on the website.

PAYMENT MODE:

When placing the order, the customer is free to choose between the following payment methods:

• Credit card
• Aplazame
• PayPal

SHIPPING:

The products purchased in DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L. will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order, not being responsible for delivery failures when the address entered on the form is wrong.

The order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.

SHIPPING TIMES:

NATIONAL
Delivery time for Spain is 24 - 48 working hours.

INTERNATIONAL
The shipping time for international orders is 20 working days. All customs charges will be borne by the customer.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no deliveries or deliveries of orders.

NOTE: In periods of sales, pre order and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual. We will always indicate the shipping time in the conditions of the web.

RETURN POLICY:

Barey accepts exchanges or returns within the established period as long as the garment is in perfect condition.

Due to the characteristics of the products of DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L., they must be treated with the necessary care so that they do not suffer damages or flaws. For this, it is recommended that the garments are returned new, unused and with all the components of its packaging such as seals, covers, suitcases, gift box, and original labels attached to the garment as they were sent.

This ensures that the returned products are kept in the same condition in which they were sent and without signs of use, so that the requested returns can be processed.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, as well as the cost of the new shipment. Shipping costs are not refunded in any case. Returns will not be accepted carriage forward.

The first change is free.

If you wish to exchange any of your garments for another size or another product, please let us know via email and we will take care of everything. 

IMPORTANT: SPECIAL PRICE category products, PHYSICAL PRIVATE SALES and OUTLETS: no returns or exchanges of any kind are allowed

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

We do not accept returns and exchanges of our accessories such as belts or our fragrance for hygiene reasons.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A REFUND?

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the arrival of the package. It will always be the customer who assumes the shipping costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

To return or exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send us an e-mail to cambiosydevoluciones@bareycollection.com indicating in the subject line whether it is an exchange or a return and the order number.

In the body of the e-mail you should include the following information:

• Order number:
• Name:
• E-mail:
• Model:
• Size:
• Cardholder:

Our team will then contact the customer as soon as possible to provide the address to send the product(s) to be exchanged or returned.

Do not forget to insert in the bag the invoice with the same information you sent us by e-mail.

The item to be returned must be received by DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L. within that period, sending the product with its corresponding ticket to the following address:

Calle Góngora nº 11, 14008, Córdoba

If the reason for the return is that the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L. is responsible for the cost of return and reshipment.

Once we receive the package and check that the above mentioned requirements have been respected, DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L. will send a confirmation e-mail accepting the return and the amount will be processed in the same payment method used in the purchase.

HOW I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order by reimbursing the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase within a maximum period of 15 working days. The amount of the refund corresponds to the amount of the purchase you made, excluding shipping costs.

If you have placed your order through Paypal, we will proceed to refund your Paypal account within a maximum of 15 working days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, which do not meet the conditions of our return policy.

In this case, the garments will be sent back to the consignee freight collect and no reimbursement will be made. GUARANTEES:

DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L informs you that, in accordance with the General Law of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the products purchased on this website have a warranty period of two years from the date of delivery against any defect or lack of conformity.
